The Challenge
Other vendors were refusing the client’s requirement for flexible and custom–made reports from their MIS system. This was becoming a hurdle in good decision making due to the poor visibility of data. Moreover, the finance team was finding it an additional effort to pull reports suited for the business.
The Solution
A detailed analysis of reports in its existing format was conducted and we arrived at the customization requirements. Then systems were set in place to port the reports from its as-is form to the new framework.
