Roles and Responsibilities

• ● Lead comprehensive product research efforts within the ecommerce domain, including market analysis, competitor evaluations, and customer feedback analysis.

• ● Identify opportunities for new product development or improvements to existing offerings.

• ● Utilize customer insights and data analytics to inform product decisions. Business Analysis.

• ● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.

• ● Conduct thorough analysis to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

• ● Create detailed business requirement documents and user stories. Ecommerce Expertise:

• ● Apply your ecommerce domain knowledge to drive product innovation and improvements.

• ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the ecommerce space.

• ● Leverage your expertise to provide recommendations for enhancing the customer experience. Stakeholder Engagement.

• ● Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant departments.

• ● Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather and validate requirements.

• ● Ensure clear communication of project objectives and progress updates. 

• ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• ● Generate reports and dashboards to track product performance and key performance

• ● Monitor and report on the progress of product development initiatives.

Candidate Profile & Skills required

• ● Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in ecommerce and product research.

• ● Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• ● In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends.

• ● Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

• ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• ● Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
