Senior Python Developer

Reporting to: Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze, design & code using Python.

• Knowledge and work experience developing web applications

• Writing high performance, modular and scalable code

• Developing back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance

• Integrating user-facing elements into applications

• Improve functionality of existing systems

Candidate Profile & Skills required

• 2-6 years of relevant work experience as a Python Developer

• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)

• Preferred to have experience in the eCommerce/Retail domain

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)

• Very good at scripting and Integrating user-facing elements using server-side logic

• Experience in cloud environment (MS Azure) is a plus

• Expertise in writing high performing and modular code

• Extremely detail-oriented, with a knack for design details

• Strong empathy for end-user experience

• Should have working knowledge in Agile methodology and aware of the terminology

• Should have an overall understanding of Full stack development

• Self-driven, self motivated, and comfortable with aggressive deadlines and executing on fast

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be a very good team player
