Marketing Manager

Mozanta is looking for an experienced marketing manager to promote a suite of eCommerce products across the globe. In this role, you will be defining and executing our marketing strategies, increasing market share through analysis and evaluation

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing strategies with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, competitor Analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
  •  Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
  • Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
  • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
  • Work closely with our Partner companies like MS/Redington on aligning with their marketing strategies to develop, curate and convert leads
  • Leverage Social Media Marketing platforms like LinkedIn  in an optimal manner to create brand awareness and generate/convert leads
Candidate Profile & Skills required
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in a Marketing field
  • Proven experience in Saas product marketing. Experience with e-Commerce products is preferred. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
